2. Image Generation & User Responsibility

ajpg.com provides an interface for AI-based image generation. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the text prompts you enter and the resulting images generated.
  • We do not control or monitor the content generated by users in real-time.
  • You must evaluate the accuracy and appropriateness of any output before using or sharing it.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service to generate, upload, or share content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or pornographic (NSFW).
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech.
  • Infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
  • Depicts real persons without their consent (deepfakes).
  • Is intended to deceive or mislead others (e.g., fake news, disinformation).

We reserve the right to ban any user found violating these policies without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: Subject to these Terms, you own the images you generate using the Service. You grant ajpg.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Service Content: The design, code, and architecture of ajpg.com are owned by us and protected by copyright laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AJPG.COM AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ajpg.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Any content you generate or share using the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service relies on third-party providers (e.g., Fal.ai, Anthropic) for AI processing. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services. Any issues arising from these providers are outside our direct control.

9. Refunds & Payments

All sales are final. Credits and subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you are paying for access to the computational resources, regardless of the artistic quality of the output.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
